Your VUE coordinator helps to ensure a stress-free day - keeping every detail running smoothly and working behind the scenes so that you and your family can enjoy the magic of your wedding day.

Your coordinator will assist with:

rehearsal walk-through
vendor arrival and direction
audio-visual assistance
chair set-up and break-down
cake cutting
coordination of dj and caterer
clean-up and pack up your decor
load gifts for departure
